Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience delays due to high order volume or supply issues, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Damages & Lost Packages
Melodia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items when filing.
